This is a nice campground tucked away in the Pillsbury state forest. It's right on rock lake. It's primitive camping, but cheap and secluded. Watch out for mosquitos though! I'd go again
Quiet and secluded. Primitive campsites are very well maintained. Great place for a serene walk and evening campfire.
This is the noisiest campground that we have ever visited. I don't understand what makes people think that it's OK to carry on like they are at an amusement park while camping. And to top it off there is a gang of feral cats roaming the sites. It's cheap, but I would gladly pay more to reduce the risk of infecting the family with rabies. Good luck.
It's a very peaceful place, with beautiful colors. Live being on the lake camping!
Rustic, quiet. If you're looking for a place to enjoy nature, this would be the place. Nice lake, tiny beach, rustic camping. Just beware of the ticks. Make sure to have lots of repellant. Mosquitos can also become bothersome but it's the woods!
