They never have what I need and staff is always goofing around. Better to dive to the Baxter branch.
the worst customer service i have ever seen; they will just put you on the phone with verizon customer service. Just save the time and drive to baxter.

Be careful if you go here. They scammed me on a Black Friday 'deal' I'm still trying to get sorted out with Verizon. Said phone would be $15 a month with no trade in, ended up needing trade in and my phone 'isn't eligible' now. I would save your time and money and find another Verizon retailer.
